6 weeks

It has been nearly 7 weeks and I made my goal of being 6 weeks sugar free.  It was much easier than I had thought it would be.  I did not have any major realizations or weight loss, but I did realize what a difference I feel when I eat sugar.  I have been careful not to take a huge step backwards, and yet even the few bites of treats left me feeling less than great. Like ridiculously tired and stomach aches not so great.
